Dining

Collie is home to authentic country pubs and a range of unique experiences to keep your belly full and your thirst quenched.

You can’t go past a burger or a parmi at the Vic Hotel or the Federal Hotel, but don’t leave town without sampling the authentic Thai cuisine on offer at 8 Thai Ladies. An eggs benedict at The Colliefields will fuel your day, but if you don’t have time for a full sit-down breakfast, pop to the iconic Wagon in Central Park for a coffee and breaky to go.

Combine a little retail therapy with your coffee and cake at Tosca’s, or boost your energy with loaded teas and shakes at Whisk Nutrition. If you’re after something a little fancier, put on your glad rags and head to the newly refurbished Ridge Restaurant for an a la carte dinner.

If you’re out at Wellington National Park, the Kiosk at the Dam is your go-to for refreshments, but check the opening hours before heading out.
